Learning Disability/Autism Service Manager

We’re proud to have been recognised by the National Learning Disabilities and Autism Awards supported by Care England, recently winning their “Best Employer” award.  This highlights the dedication and support shown by our staff to the young people living at our homes, without whom we would not have been able to win this award.

Following on from this success, we are excited to be opening a brand new service provision to care for young people with a learning disability/autism/complex needs and/or behaviours.  We're looking for a manager to lead this service who has experience in a similar home setting and who is able to recognise equality and be willing to advocate for each young person to be accepted in the community.

Are you able to work in a holistic way to support both the young people and their families to make a positive difference in their lives?  Do you have the commitment to provide high quality care in a team environment, with a calm, composed, considered approach when dealing with challenging situations with a focus on safeguarding each individual?

Do you fit the bill?

If this sounds like you, you'll be pleased to know our managers have the autonomy and the resources to equip their homes and recruit their teams, instilling and embracing our vision for our young people from the outset.

We offer a competitive salary, a fantastic BUPA EAP programme, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a stakeholder pension scheme – as well as the opportunity to gain fantastic experience and be part of a growing, innovative, caring organisation.

Successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide satisfactory references.
