Senior Therapeutic Residential Care Workers 

We are looking for caring, friendly and dedicated staff in our CSE home in Staffordshire

Salaries start from £20,942 to £23,208 per annum plus benefits (based on ten 24 hour shifts per month) Excellent overtime rates at hourly rate plus £5:00 per hour.

Our continued expansion means we are looking to recruit experienced senior residential care workers In addition to joining an expanding company with the delivery of high-quality care at the heart of everything we do, should you join us you will also receive a welcome payment of £1000 subject to Tax & Ni.

For the senior role you must

  • hold a QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care with Children and Young people’s workforce.
  • hold a full UK driving license
  • be over the age of 21
  • Must be prepared to work 24-hour shifts (including sleepovers) on a rota basis

We are looking for Senior therapeutic residential childcare workers to support the team with our new venture. 

Our home is a two bedded service that will be supporting young people who are at risk to or have been sexually exploited.

We want to provide the young people with an opportunity to feel safe in their environment and develop healthy adult relationships with the staff team. In order to do this, we will have a multi-disciplinary team approach which will include care, education and ongoing input from the clinical team. There will be both an education suite and a therapy pod on site, and the team will benefit from 15 hours of clinical input per week.

All staff will receive a higher level of face to face training dedicated to CSE such as; advanced safeguarding, advanced awareness to CSE, self-harm/suicide training delivered by HarmEd, as well as skills training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) delivered by the clinical team. Staff will also be given the opportunity to obtain further skills in meeting the needs of our young people.
